These Terms and Conditions apply to all advertising bookings, editorial placements, and services provided by Southern Life Magazine.
By placing an order with Southern Life Magazine, you agree to the following:
Advertising and Editorial Bookings
All advertising bookings, editorial placements, and promotional features are confirmed once payment has been received.
We do not issue refunds on any advertising purchases under any circumstances.
It is the advertiser’s responsibility to provide correct artwork, information, and materials before the stated deadline.
Southern Life Magazine reserves the right to refuse any advert or content that does not meet our publication standards.
Payments
All payments must be made in full before your advert or editorial is published.
Late payments may result in your advert being delayed or removed from the upcoming issue.
Cancellations
If you ever wish to cancel your advertising or subscription plan, you must give us one month’s notice.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hello@southernlife.co.uk.
We will provide written confirmation once your cancellation has been processed.
Publication
While we aim to publish all booked content in the agreed issue, unforeseen circumstances may require changes.
Southern Life Magazine is not responsible for any loss arising from publication delays or changes.
Liability
Southern Life Magazine is not liable for any errors in supplied artwork or content.
We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss arising from advertising or editorial placement.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time.
